"NUEXUS", the NUEXUS logo, "Nexi", and product names such as NUEXUS Defender, NUEXUS Comply and NUEXUS Offense are trademarks or brand assets of NUEXUS. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except to fairly and accurately refer to NUEXUS. You may not use them in a way that implies affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.

3. Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the Content for your personal, non-commercial use, and to share links to our pages. All other rights are reserved.

4. Prohibited Use

Without our prior written consent, you must not:

• copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, licence or exploit the Content commercially;
• modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works from the Content;
• remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices;
• frame, mirror or misrepresent the Content, or pass it off as your own.

5. AI Training & Scraping

Automated scraping, crawling or harvesting of the Content, and any use of the Content to train, fine-tune, benchmark or develop machine-learning or AI models or datasets, is prohibited without our prior written permission. This restriction is in addition to any signals in our robots directives and does not grant any text-and-data-mining right.

You retain ownership of content you submit to us (such as messages, files or feedback). You grantNUEXUS a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store and process that content to provide and improve our services, and you confirm you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe others' rights. Do not submit content you are not authorised to share.

7. Third-Party Materials

Product names, logos and trademarks of third parties referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their use does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

8. Reporting Infringement

We respect intellectual-property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe content on our website infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@nuexus.com including: (a) your contact details; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) the URL or location of the allegedly infringing material; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act; and (f) your signature (electronic is acceptable).

9. Counter-Notice

If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to info@nuexus.com with the equivalent information and a statement, under penalty of perjury, of your good-faith belief. We may restore the material where permitted by law.

10. Repeat Infringers

We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, disable or terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.

11. Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Changes are posted here with a revised "Last Updated" date.
